This Privacy Policy explains how «MANY APPS» LLC (“1000 Exams”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use our mobile applications (the “Apps”), the website 1000exams.com (the “Website”) and any related services (together, the “Services”). Please read it together with our Terms of Use.

2. Scope
This policy applies to all Apps we publish on the Apple App Store and Google Play, to the Website and to communications you exchange with us. It does not apply to third-party websites, apps or services that you may reach through links in the Services; their own privacy policies apply.
Our Apps do not require you to create an account. Most of the information described below is linked to a random identifier generated by the App on your device, not to your name.
3. Information we collect
Depending on the App, its version and the features you use, we may collect the following categories of information.
3.1 Information you give us
- Support requests and feedback — your email address (if you write to us), the content of your message, attachments you choose to send, and app ratings or feedback you submit in the App.
- Content reports — when you report a question or flashcard, the item you report and any comment you add.
- In-app chat and AI assistant messages — the text you send to an in-app study assistant or support chat and the replies you receive.
- Preferences and answers — choices you make during onboarding (for example your exam, exam date, goals or study time), settings, and your answers to practice questions and tests.
3.2 Information collected automatically
- Identifiers — an App-generated user ID, a device or installation ID, a subscription customer ID assigned by our subscription platform, and a push notification token.
- Device and app information — device model, operating system and version, app version, language, time zone, country or region, and similar technical data.
- Usage and learning activity — screens viewed, features used, questions answered, test results, study streaks, session times and how you interact with paywalls, prompts and notifications.
- Network information and approximate location — your IP address, which we use to infer an approximate location (country or region) and to protect the Services. We do not collect precise (GPS) location.
- Diagnostics — crash reports, error logs and performance data.
- Advertising and attribution data — information about the advertisement or link that led to an install or purchase (such as campaign, ad group, keyword and click identifiers) and, where you allow it, the device advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android).
3.3 Purchase information
Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google. We receive information about the transaction — product, price, currency, country, dates, trial and renewal status, refunds — but we never receive or store your payment card details.
3.4 Website
When you visit the Website, our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time). The Website does not use advertising cookies.
3.5 Information we do not collect
We do not ask for or intentionally collect your contacts, photos, precise location, health or biometric data, or government identification numbers. Please do not include sensitive information in messages you send us or to an AI assistant.
4. How we use information
- to provide the Apps and their features, including practice questions, tests, progress tracking and study plans;
- to process, verify, restore and manage subscriptions and purchases;
- to personalise your study experience, for example by suggesting topics you find difficult;
- to notify you about study goals, progress and offers, if you have allowed notifications;
- to answer support requests and process privacy requests;
- to review reported content and improve the accuracy of questions and explanations;
- to analyse how the Services are used, fix errors and develop new features;
- to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and marketing and to show ads in Apps that contain them;
- to detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents;
- to comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.
We do not use your information to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you based solely on automated processing.
5. Legal bases (EEA, UK and similar laws)
Where data protection laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR apply, we rely on: performance of a contract (to provide the Apps and your subscription); legitimate interests (to secure, analyse and improve the Services and to measure marketing, balanced against your rights); consent (for push notifications, tracking under Apple’s App Tracking Transparency and personalised advertising where required — you can withdraw consent at any time); and legal obligation (for tax, accounting and other legal requirements).
6. AI-powered features
Some Apps include features powered by artificial intelligence, such as explanations of answers, a study assistant or a support chat. When you use them, the text you submit and related context (for example the question you are studying) is sent to our AI service providers to generate a response. These providers handle the data only to deliver the feature to you and may not use it to train their models for unrelated purposes. AI-generated content can be inaccurate; please see our Terms of Use.
7. Push notifications and marketing messages
If you allow notifications, the Apps can remind you about your study goals, share progress updates and tell you about offers. To deliver them we store your device’s push token together with your notification settings and a record of the notifications sent and opened. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings and, where available, turn off promotional notifications separately in the App’s settings.
8. Advertising and measurement
We advertise our Apps on platforms such as Google Ads and Apple Search Ads and use attribution services to understand which campaigns lead to installs and purchases. Some Apps may also display advertisements, including optional rewarded video ads, served by advertising networks such as Google AdMob.
On iOS, we access your advertising identifier only if you allow it in the App Tracking Transparency prompt. On Android, you can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in your device settings. Ad networks may use identifiers and device information to serve, limit and measure ads under their own privacy policies.
9. Service providers
We share information with vendors who work for us. Our contracts allow them to use it only to provide their service to us. Depending on the App, these include:
| Purpose | Examples of providers |
|---|---|
| App distribution and payments | Apple (App Store), Google (Google Play) |
| Subscription management | RevenueCat |
| Push notification delivery | Expo, Apple Push Notification service, Firebase Cloud Messaging |
| Product analytics | PostHog |
| Crash and error reporting | Bugsnag |
| Install attribution and deep links | Branch, Apple Search Ads, Google Ads |
| In-app advertising | Google AdMob |
| AI features | OpenAI, Anthropic, Google |
| Hosting, storage and email | Cloud hosting and email service providers |
This list may change as we add or replace providers; the categories of information and purposes will remain consistent with this policy.
10. Other disclosures
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may also disclose information:
- if required by law, court order or a request from a competent authority;
- to protect the rights, property or safety of our users, us or others, and to investigate fraud or abuse;
- in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of all or part of our business, in which case this policy will continue to protect your information;
- with your consent or at your direction.
We may share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
11. International transfers
We are based in Uzbekistan and our service providers may process information in other countries, including the United States and member states of the European Union. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers, such as standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
12. Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy. As a rule, App usage data is kept for up to thirty-six months from the last time you open an App; support correspondence for up to thirty-six months after the request is closed; and transaction records for as long as tax and accounting laws require. Information may be kept longer where needed to resolve disputes or comply with the law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
13. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you and receive a copy;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete your information;
- restrict or object to certain processing, including processing based on legitimate interests and direct marketing;
- receive your information in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that took place before;
- lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To exercise these rights, email manyapps65@gmail.com. Because we do not use accounts, please include the name of the App and, if you can, the user ID shown in the App’s settings or support screen so that we can find your data. We may ask for information to verify your request and will respond within 30 days.
You can also limit data collection directly: disable notifications and tracking in your device settings, reset your advertising identifier, or uninstall the App to stop all further collection.
14. California residents
If you live in California, the CCPA/CPRA gives you rights to know, delete and correct personal information, to opt out of its “sale” or “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. We do not sell personal information for money. Use of identifiers to measure our own advertising may be considered “sharing” under California law; you can opt out by declining tracking in the App Tracking Transparency prompt, turning off ad personalisation on your device, or emailing us. The categories of information we collect, their sources and purposes are described in sections 3–9.
15. Deleting your data
You can request deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing manyapps65@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my data”, the name of the App and, if available, your user ID. We will confirm and complete the request within 30 days, except for information we must keep by law (for example transaction records).
16. Children
Our Apps are designed for adults and older students preparing for professional, academic and licensing exams. They are not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA and UK), and we do not knowingly gather data from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
17. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls and limiting access to staff and providers who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
18. Changes to this policy
This policy will change as our Apps change. Whenever it does, we post the revised text here and update the effective date at the top. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to inform you, for example through the App or the Website.
