Terms of Use

End User License Agreement · Effective date: October 1, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and «MANY APPS» LLC, a company registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan (taxpayer identification number 312 890 518), operating as “1000 Exams” (“we”, “us” or “our”). They govern your use of our mobile applications (the “Apps”), the website 1000exams.com and related services (together, the “Services”). By downloading, installing or using the Services you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

3. License

Subject to these Terms, we give you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive license that you cannot transfer to download and use the Apps on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial study. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code or content of the Apps, except where such restriction is prohibited by law. The Apps are licensed, not sold.

4. Subscriptions and purchases

Some content and features require a paid subscription or an in-app purchase. Prices, billing periods and what is included are shown in the App before you buy.

  • Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Free trials and introductory offers. If an offer includes a free trial, the subscription starts and you are charged when the trial ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
  • Managing and cancelling. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and refunds are handled under their policies. We cannot issue refunds for purchases made through the App Store or Google Play ourselves.
  • Price changes. We may change subscription prices. Apple or Google will notify you of a price increase as their rules require, and you can cancel before the new price applies.
  • Restoring purchases. You can restore an active subscription on another device signed in with the same store account using “Restore purchases” in the App.

5. Educational content

The Apps provide practice questions, explanations, flashcards and tests to help you prepare for exams. The content is for study purposes only.

  • No affiliation. Our Apps are independent study tools. Unless an App says otherwise, we have no connection with, and receive no approval or sponsorship from, any examination body, certification organisation, licensing board or government agency. Exam names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe what the content helps you study for.
  • No guarantee of results. We do not guarantee that you will pass any exam or obtain any certification, licence, score or job.
  • Accuracy. We work to keep content accurate and up to date, but exam requirements change and content may contain errors or omissions. Always check official materials published by the examining body. Content is not professional, medical, legal, financial or other advice.

6. AI features

Some content and features, such as explanations, study assistants and chat, are generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date, and you should not rely on it as the only source of information. Do not submit sensitive personal information to AI features. You may not use AI features to generate unlawful, harmful or infringing content.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Services in violation of any law or the rights of others;
  • copy, scrape, harvest, publish or resell questions or other content from the Services;
  • interfere with, disrupt, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services or their systems;
  • circumvent subscriptions, purchase verification or other technical restrictions;
  • use bots, scripts or automated means to access the Services;
  • submit content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading or infringes anyone’s rights.

8. Your content and feedback

You keep any rights you have in messages, reports, reviews and other content you submit (“Your Content”). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, store, reproduce and process Your Content to operate and improve the Services. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you.

9. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, design, text, questions, explanations, graphics and logos, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the license in section 3, no rights are granted to you.

10. Third-party services and advertising

The Services rely on third-party services (for example app stores, payment, analytics and AI providers) and may contain links to third-party websites. Some Apps may display advertisements, including optional rewarded ads. We are not responsible for third-party services, websites or advertisements, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time by deleting the Apps. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue an App. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including 5, 8, 9 and 12–17 — survive it.

12. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent the law allows, we offer the Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no promises or warranties, express or implied, about merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, opportunities or exam results, arising from or related to the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the App or subscription in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you in full.

14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

15. Apple App Store terms

If you obtained an App from the Apple App Store, the following also applies:

  • These Terms are between you and us only, not Apple Inc. (“Apple”). We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the App and its content.
  • Your license is limited to using the App on Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that the App may be accessed by other accounts associated with you through Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
  • We are solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the App. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services.
  • If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty are our responsibility.
  • We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the App or your possession and use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy or similar legislation.
  • If a third party claims that the App or your possession and use of it infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of that claim.
  • You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  • You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

Questions, complaints or claims about the App should be sent to us using the contact details in section 19.

16. Google Play terms

If you obtained an App from Google Play, your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Google is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App.

17. Governing law and disputes

The laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan govern these Terms, setting aside their conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be heard by the competent courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan, unless the mandatory law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings there.

18. Changes to these Terms

These Terms will change as the Services change. Whenever they do, we post the revised text here and update the effective date at the top. If a change is material, we will give reasonable notice, for example through the App. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
